Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app is a practical and helpful tool for people who have finished their main treatment for breast or colorectal cancer. The app provides information about follow-up care and connects users to support resources. Researchers will see if survivors and their doctors find the app easy to use and beneficial over six months.
