NCT ID NCT06648928

Summary

This study is testing whether a free, clinician-supported mobile app can help reduce mental health symptoms in World Trade Center responders now living in Florida. It will involve 120 responders who speak English or Spanish and are experiencing symptoms like PTSD, anxiety, depression, or sleep problems. Participants will try either the app with some clinician guidance, the app on their own, or be placed on a waitlist to see which approach works best.
