Can your phone help you walk farther after COVID?
NCT ID NCT06168006
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week physical training program delivered through a mobile app can help people with Long COVID feel better and function better in daily life. Researchers will compare the app-based exercise program to general physical activity guidelines in 60 participants. The main goal is to see if the program improves how far people can walk, their ability to do daily tasks, and their overall fatigue levels.
