Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help sedentary adults in rural Kansas and Nebraska exercise more. The app provides workout videos, motivational messages, and weekly education about reducing dementia risk. Researchers want to see if using the app for 16 weeks improves exercise habits, blood pressure, mobility, and knowledge about dementia prevention.
