Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app (called Yueya) plus WeChat can help people on long-term dialysis manage their diet, exercise, and medications. About 392 adults with end-stage kidney disease will either get app-based support or standard care. Researchers will track deaths, hospital stays, heart problems, and quality of life to see if the app improves outcomes.
