French doctors track which leukemia treatment works best

Summary
This study is creating a registry to compare two standard first-line treatment approaches for a specific type of leukemia called non-high-risk acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) in patients 70 years old or younger. It will track 400 patients to see which treatment combination leads to better long-term survival with fewer side effects. The goal is to gather real-world evidence on which approach doctors should choose for their patients.
