Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called APL-4098, alone or with standard chemotherapy drugs, in about 100 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or related blood cancers that have come back or not responded to treatment. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug helps control the disease. Participants must be 18 or older and have tried other treatments without success.
