Summary
This study tested a new drug called APG-1387, given alongside standard chemotherapy drugs, for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that had stopped responding to their first treatment. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the combination could help control the cancer. The trial was for adults whose cancer had progressed despite standard care.
