Summary

This study tests a new medicine called AP306 in 168 adults on maintenance hemodialysis who have high blood phosphate levels. The goal is to see if AP306 can safely lower phosphate to a healthier range. Participants will receive either AP306 or a placebo, and researchers will monitor changes in phosphate levels over the treatment period.
