Summary

This study compares two approaches for people with an uncomplicated type B aortic dissection (a tear in the main artery). One group gets a stent procedure plus medication, the other gets medication alone with close monitoring. The goal is to see which strategy better prevents death or serious complications like rupture, stroke, or kidney failure. About 1,100 adults will take part.
