Doctors track new 'Inside' stent to stop deadly aortic bulges

NCT ID NCT04383145

Summary

This study is observing 150 patients who have already received a new stent graft device to treat a dangerous bulge in their main artery (a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm). The main goal is to see if the device successfully prevents deaths related to the aneurysm rupturing. Researchers will collect routine medical data for about 5 years after the procedure to check the device's long-term safety and performance.
