First seen Jun 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026

Summary

This study is for people aged 65 and older who are scheduled for hip replacement surgery. Researchers want to see if feeling anxious before surgery is related to how frail a person is. They will measure anxiety and frailty using simple questionnaires. No treatments or medications are given—this is an observation-only study to better understand these factors.
