Can a phone app retrain the anxious brain after cancer?
NCT ID NCT06682039
Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app could help reduce anxiety in young people who have survived cancer. The app uses short games and activities to help users shift their focus away from negative thoughts and toward neutral or positive ones. Researchers wanted to see if the app was easy to use and acceptable to young survivors, and if they would stick with the program.
