Smartwatch score aims to keep heart patients moving

Summary
This study tests whether a special activity score (AAI) can help heart rehab patients stay physically active after leaving the hospital program. About 318 adults will wear a smartwatch for 4 months to track their heart rate and activity. Researchers will compare those who use the score with those who don't to see if it helps them follow exercise guidelines and improve fitness.
