NCT ID NCT04310995
First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at 150 people who had coronary artery bypass surgery using a radial artery graft. It compares three oral medications—nicorandil, diltiazem, and isosorbide mononitrate—to see which best prevents graft spasms and keeps the graft working well. Participants take one of the drugs for 24 weeks and have follow-up visits to check graft health and heart events, with a long-term follow-up after 5 years.
