Can a simple supplement boost sperm movement? small study investigates
NCT ID NCT05826782
Summary
This study tested whether taking antioxidant supplements for three months could improve sperm movement in men diagnosed with low sperm motility, a common cause of infertility. Thirty men were randomly assigned to receive either the antioxidant supplement or a placebo pill in a double-blind trial. Researchers measured changes in sperm motility and protein levels to understand if and how antioxidants might help.
