Hidden antibodies in healthy people: a clue to future heart trouble?
NCT ID NCT02803645
Summary
This study aimed to understand the role of certain antibodies found in healthy people. Researchers compared over 1,200 healthy blood donors with and without these antibodies to see if they were linked to known risk factors for heart disease. The goal was to gather knowledge, not to test a treatment, to see if these antibodies could be an early warning sign.
