Summary
This study tests whether antibiotics or steroids work better for granulomatous lobular mastitis, a rare, painful breast inflammation in women. 72 women will receive either an 8-week course of antibiotics or tapering steroids, with follow-up for 6 months. The goal is to find a standard treatment that reduces the need for surgery.
