Summary
This study looks at whether giving a specific type of antibiotic (macrolide) to children with asthma can shorten their asthma attacks and prevent future ones. The trial includes 70 children who already have asthma and frequent wheezing. Researchers want to see if the antibiotic helps even when there is no clear bacterial infection.
