Summary

This study aims to understand how a new antibiotic combination pill works in teenagers aged 12 to 18 who have a bacterial infection. It is a small, early-stage trial for 12 participants to check if the drug is safe and to measure how the body processes it. Participants will take a single dose of the study drug alongside their standard antibiotic treatment and provide blood and urine samples for analysis.
