Summary
This study tests a program designed to help French nursing homes use antibiotics more wisely, which can slow the rise of drug-resistant superbugs. About 66 nursing homes will either use the program or continue their usual practices. Researchers will track antibiotic use and safety over time to see if the program works and can be used in other homes.
