First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether a simple blood test can identify people with advanced lung cancer who can be treated effectively with immunotherapy alone, avoiding chemotherapy. It includes 275 adults whose tumors have high PD-L1 levels and a low inflammation score (PTI=0). The goal is to see if these patients can avoid early cancer growth and enjoy longer-lasting benefits from treatment.
