Summary

This study tested whether giving prucalopride before surgery can reduce inflammation and help the gut recover faster after pancreatic tumor removal. Thirty-one adults took part. The goal was to see if the drug could mimic nerve stimulation to calm inflammation and speed up return of bowel function.
