Eat to beat gum disease: new study tests Anti-Inflammatory diet

Summary
This study looks at whether eating an anti-inflammatory diet can make standard gum disease treatment work better. One hundred adults with periodontitis will either get the usual deep-cleaning treatment alone or with extra nutrition education. Researchers will check gum health and measure inflammation markers in blood and gum fluid over three months.
