Summary
This early study is testing a new treatment called Anti-HER2 CAR-T cells in 30 adults with advanced solid tumors that have the HER2 protein and have not responded to standard treatments. Participants first receive chemotherapy, then an infusion of the engineered immune cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if tumors shrink.
