NCT ID NCT06902662
First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mushroom extract called Sanghuangporus sanghuang (SS-MN4) can reduce fatigue and improve muscle strength in healthy young men aged 20 to 35 who do not exercise regularly. Over 42 days, 58 participants took either the mushroom capsules or a placebo. Researchers measured muscle damage, strength, and fatigue-related blood markers to see if the supplement helps. The goal is to support future anti-fatigue health products.
