First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-phase trial is testing whether a new type of CAR T-cell therapy, made from a patient's own blood cells, is safe for children and adults with T-cell leukemia or lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The therapy targets a protein called CCR9 on cancer cells. Participants will receive chemotherapy before the infusion and be monitored closely in the hospital for at least two weeks.
