NCT ID NCT07300683

First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether a new type of CAR T-cell therapy, made from a patient's own blood cells, is safe for children and adults with T cell leukemia or lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. Participants receive a short course of chemotherapy before the CAR T cells are infused, then stay in the hospital for close monitoring. The study aims to find the right dose and check for side effects.
