Scientists test Next-Generation anthrax shot

Summary

This study is testing the safety and immune response of an investigational anthrax vaccine called AV7909. About 220 healthy adults will receive either a full dose, half dose, or placebo shot in a series over one year, including booster doses. Researchers will closely monitor for side effects and measure how well the body produces protective antibodies against anthrax.
