Summary
This study tests a new drug called ANS02 in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (EGFR mutation). The goal is to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 294 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
