First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the drug anlotinib to standard chemoradiotherapy and immunotherapy can improve outcomes for people with high-risk nasopharyngeal cancer. About 412 adults aged 18-65 with advanced-stage disease will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard treatment or the standard treatment plus anlotinib. The main goal is to see if the combination delays cancer recurrence or death.
