Summary
This study looks at two types of ankle tape—kinesio tape and dynamic tape—to see which one helps basketball players with balance, jumping, and reaction time. Twenty healthy male players, ages 18 to 30, will try both tapes a week apart. The goal is to find out which tape works better for supporting ankles during play.
