Summary
This study tested whether two common ankle taping methods could improve athletic performance in teenage volleyball players who reported ankle instability. Researchers measured 29 players' performance in jumping and agility tests with and without tape. The results showed no significant performance improvement from either taping method compared to no tape at all.
