Summary

This study looks at two types of ankle tape—kinesio tape and dynamic tape—to see which one helps basketball players jump higher, balance better, and react faster. Twenty healthy male players aged 18 to 30 will try both tapes, one week apart, and do simple tests before and after. The goal is to help players and coaches choose the best taping method for better performance and injury prevention.
