First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at two types of ankle tape—kinesio tape and dynamic tape—to see which one helps basketball players with balance, jumping, and reaction time. Twenty healthy male players aged 18 to 30 will try both tapes, one week apart, and do simple tests before and after each taping. The goal is to find out which tape works best for supporting ankle function and improving athletic performance.
