Summary

This study aims to see if one type of ankle tape works better than another to help basketball players jump higher, balance better, and react faster. Twenty healthy male basketball players will try both kinesio tape and dynamic tape on their ankles, one week apart, and have their performance measured. The goal is to find the best taping method to support ankle function and potentially improve athletic performance on the court.
