Summary
This study is testing two different training methods to help people with chronic ankle instability. It will compare exercises that strengthen the core muscles with brain-training tasks that aim to improve balance and attention. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves stability, and prevents re-injury for people whose ankles frequently give way.
