Summary
This study aims to find the best way to prevent ankle sprains in young male soccer players. Researchers will compare two types of physiotherapy—special balance exercises and hands-on manual therapy—to see which one improves stability and reduces injury risk more effectively. The study involves 45 boys aged 11-13 who play soccer regularly.
