First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at ankle flexibility in 38 child basketball players aged 8 to 15. Researchers want to see if having naturally loose ligaments (a harmless condition called ligamentous hyperlaxity) affects ankle movement and relates to common injuries. The goal is to gather information that could help design future injury prevention plans for young athletes.
