Summary
This study looked at whether adding a specific ankle joint mobilization technique to a regular exercise program helps young basketball players with limited ankle flexibility. Thirty-eight athletes with one stiff ankle did either exercises alone or exercises plus joint mobilization for five weeks. Researchers measured ankle motion, strength, and sports performance right after the program and again three months later.
