Summary
This study aims to better identify amateur football players at risk for chronic ankle problems. Researchers are comparing balance and stability in players with and without ankle instability using force platform tests. They're using machine learning to see if balance data alone can predict who has unstable ankles, which could lead to better injury prevention tools.
