Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for repairing broken ankles. Researchers want to see if a simpler, less invasive method causes fewer wound problems and less pain after surgery while still healing the bone properly. They will follow 100 patients for a year to measure recovery, ankle movement, and pain levels.
