New ankle implant aims to get patients walking sooner after surgery
NCT ID NCT06085586
Summary
This study is testing a new surgical device called the Fibulink System for repairing serious ankle fractures. It aims to see if the device is strong enough to let patients put their full weight on the repaired ankle just 4 weeks after surgery, which is earlier than current methods allow. The goal is to help people recover faster and return to normal activities sooner.
