New rehab program aims to get ankle fracture patients back on their feet faster

Summary

This study is testing whether adding special ankle muscle power exercises to standard physical therapy helps people recover better after ankle fracture surgery. Researchers will compare the new program to standard rehab in 60 adults aged 18-50. They'll measure how well participants stick with the program, their ankle strength, walking ability, and quality of life during recovery.
