Summary
This study is testing a new physical therapy program designed to help people recover from a broken ankle. Researchers want to see if adding special ankle muscle power exercises helps people regain strength, walk better, and feel better about their recovery compared to standard rehab. The study will enroll 60 adults aged 18-50 who have had surgery for an ankle fracture.
