Summary

This study tests whether adding special power exercises to standard physical therapy helps people recover better after an ankle fracture. About 60 adults aged 18-50 who had surgery for a broken ankle will take part. Researchers will check if the new program is easy to follow and improves muscle strength, walking, and quality of life compared to usual care.
