Summary
This study aimed to understand how the flexibility of muscles and tendons around the ankle differs in people with chronic ankle instability. Researchers measured and compared the flexibility of the unstable ankle to the healthy ankle in 75 adults. The goal was to gather knowledge about the physical characteristics associated with this condition, not to test a treatment.
