Scientists map how ankle surgery changes your walk

Summary

This study aims to understand how a specific ankle surgery affects the way people walk. Researchers will measure the walking patterns of 60 patients before and 6 months after they have surgery to repair damaged ankle cartilage. They will use special pressure-sensitive mats to see if the surgery helps restore a more normal walking pattern.
