Summary

This study tested whether a short, supportive animation film could help mothers who worry they aren't producing enough breast milk. It involved 115 women and measured if the video improved their confidence in breastfeeding and their emotional connection to their baby. The goal was to see if simple, visual education could ease common postpartum concerns.
