Cartoons vs. pamphlets: can a short film ease Moms' epidural anxiety?

NCT ID NCT07202221

Summary

This study is testing if a short animated film helps first-time mothers feel more confident and less conflicted when deciding about using an epidural for labor pain. Researchers will compare the film plus written information against written information alone. They will measure changes in decision-making confidence and anxiety in 120 women before and after they receive the information.
